Granule Machine
Granule machines are used to recycle waste plastic into raw material.
The granule machine (extruder) melts plastic material by applying heat and high pressure, converting it into usable raw material. The screw geometry of the granule machine is designed and manufactured using the latest technology, tailored to the type of plastic material. Netplasmak's recycling lines are designed to be operated by a minimal number of operators. Upon request, both the washing line and the granule machine can be produced with PLC (computer) control.
This system minimizes the risk of operators making errors that could damage the system. Granule machines with capacities ranging from 50 kg/hour to 1000 kg/hour are available for the recycling of all types of plastics, including polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, and polystyrene.
Granule machine screws are manufactured in sizes ranging from Ø 75 to Ø 200.
